OK we have been doing quite alot of fishing this year. Last year I slowly bought a pole here and a lure here or there. This year it has been all worm fishing. I have to say we have been doing great. I wanto to tell you to get back to the simple stuff in what you are doing. With a simple hook and worm bait we have been having more and more fun. Blue gill and bull heads. Keep it fun and just do it to spend time together. The quest is more important than the prize sometimes.....
This is a simple list of what to bring with.....
- Water in a jug - to drink
- water in a jug to wash
- hooks and extra line
- fingernail clippers - easy to clip lines and knots
- frozen juice boxes
- snax
- worms - mixed night crawlers or trout worms even wax worms
- bobbers
- hats and bug spray
- beef jerky
any thing else is just icing on the cake .... just remember to keep it comfortable....
